If independent coverage for any required service lapses, the community may bill residents until coverage is reinstated. Some fees may not apply to homes participating in affordable housing programs. All fees are subject to the application and/or lease terms. Prices and availability are subject to change. Residents may be required to obtain and maintain insurance and activate and maintain utility services including electricity, water, gas, cable, and internet as outlined in the lease. Additional fees may apply as described in the application and/or lease agreement, which is available upon request prior to applying.

Renter’s Insurance:
ComRef TwentyOne 01, LLC requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000 minimum personal liability protection throughout your residency. You will need to provide proof of coverage prior to lease start date. In the event you do not provide this documentation, you will automatically be enrolled in our master policy.
Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR):
Applicant has the right to provide TwentyOne01 on Market with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides TwentyOne01 on Market with a PTSR, TwentyOne01 on Market is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for TwentyOne01 on Market to access or use the PTSR.

Prospective tenants in the state of Colorado have the right to provide the landlord with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is in compliance with Section 38-12-902(2.5) of the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning tenant screening documentation for residential leases. If such a report is provided, the landlord is prohibited from charging a rental application fee or any other fees associated with the use of the PTSR.
